Our Kamen Rider Correspondent KamenRiderPEZ has reported news regarding Kamen Rider Beast, the secondary Rider in Kamen Rider Wizard.
KamenRiderPEZ’s thoughts:
This scan shows the new Rider. He could be one of many, or the only one. It is too soon to tell.
WHAT WE CAN SEE
1) The belt starts off closed and opens up.
2) The belt has a chain for holding rings
3) The belt has a lion/beast face when opened and he has a “lion”
head on his left shoulderwith dragon wing(s) on his right. There is also
an image of stampeding bulls
WHAT I THINK
1) Initially it looks like a shield or coat of arms to me.
2) They look almost hexagonal and we only see one gold ring on his left hand
so it is possible they are seals instead possibly for a modular signet ring.
3) I’m not sure what to think of this, it feels like the design is
giving mixed signals. I initially though “Paladin” but with all the
animals, I’m thinking possibly a beast summoning Rider. There was the
rumor of a shape-shifting Homonculus helper for the 2nd Rider,maybe
this is the truth behind that rumor: that hes shape-shifts or augments
himself/attacks with the use of his magic.
I was hoping that we’d get a G3 style rider from the NSA section
Zero, whether it was Kizaki or not, I thought it’d be cool to see them
combat the Phantoms with their own magi-tech fueled rider. That could
still happen, but we’ll see. If you recall there were rumors of an
ancienty Japanese style mage and this could fulfill that. If those
“seals” are like signets, it could be that he uses them to unlock
scrolls or something equivalent to unleash beasts or their power. Dragon
could shoot fire, or enchant him with flight etc.
UPDATE:
Kamen Rider beast is his name and he uses the Beast Driver to henshin
and the Dice Saber to perform special attacks by setting the rings into
it.
The phrase “Beast Color” also appears in the scans but it is unclear what this means.

UPDATED CONJECTURE:
I was thrown by that boxy looking hilt/pommel and well there you go
its on the DICE Saber. I’m betting: insert ring and get semi-random
attack/special ability from each Beast.
Perhaps Beast color relates to forms, or possible the beast he can
utilize. I would guess Red (Dragon), Yellow (Lion), Green (Who knows? 1)
and Blue (Who knows? 2) just like our main Wiz Haruto,
