Last year, Shout! Factory began releasing installments of the Super Sentai series for American Audience. This year, the second DVD set will be released stateside: Gosei Sentai Dairanger, which ran in Japan from 1993-1994.
The Mighty Morphin White Ranger’s suit originates from this show, which features a Chinese mythological motif. The mecha in this show may also be familiar to American audiences as the Thunderzords.

Gosei Sentai Dairanger will be released on November 10, 2015 as a 10-disc set. The release is in Japanese but will come with English subtitles. Previews are currently available through Shout! Factory’s website.
