This was an exciting “quarter” to be sure. A lot of development happens in these episodes, we find out that the Sonozaki’s are part of (or are) Museum which is working with a mysterious group called foundation X which is financially supporting their Dopant development. Dr. Isaka and Saeko make their moves against Ryuube. Terui gets the chance to break through the despair over the loss of his family and Shotaro faces himself and fights to rise above his limitations. What did Grimmhelm, IllusClaire, Mewzard and Pez think of all this? Listen in as we count up W’s sins!

Shame most of you guys don’t seem to like Double. I love the style and music and suit designs.

Thanks for the compliment. I hope we keep you coming back for our discussions despite the difference of opinion! The problem with Double for me is like the problem with Wizard: wasted potential. I would rank Double above Wizard at this point for sure. I have a lot more fun with Double than Wizard and it has good points, but the teasing things out until the end, much like Wizard is so frustrating as to diminish the overall enjoyment of the show. Besides that, I have plenty of issues with the writing.
The style, music and suit designs are all fairly solid. I may quibble a bit with style depending on what you mean, but what are some of your favorite things about Double?
I like half of the music!
I like Phillip….more or less. Definitely more than Shotaro.
